El Arenal vibes 🌴

Had a lekker time chilling at the pool bar with strong cocktails, really enjoyed the friendly staff, and brekkie was proper tasty every morning!

Exactly what I think – no more, no less

The hotel is in a superb location, just five minutes to the beach! I had a lovely room that allowed me to catch stunning sunrises and sunsets. The staff were exceptional, particularly Jonas and Daniel, who made my stay memorable. A great place for a relaxed escape, I can't wait to return!

Food options were fantastic

i almost woudl have given a decent review, but the tiny room barely fit myself, much less any luggage. the lift broke down too often, forcing me to walk up to the 6th floor. absolutely unacceptable that i did not receive a complimentary upgrade for all these troubles. definitely not paradise, just disappoinment.

Small room sizes make it uncomfortable for couples!!! The air conditioning constantly leaking creates a damp smell that's hard to ignore. Even the pool area feels overcrowded, leaving no space to relax during peak times!!!

The hotel's dining area featured lovely new tables, creating a pleasant atmosphere for meals. I appreciated the seamless accessibility, allowing me to easily navigate around the general areas without any hassle, enhancing my stay experience.

Daily maid service kept our room spotless.

The air conditioning in our room was far from functional, consistently leaking and inadequate for such heat. To make matters worse, the room itself was so cramped that it felt suffocating, leaving little room for luggage or comfort. Adding to the frustration, the staff at times seemed unhelpful, with one particular receptionist being rude when we requested assistance with our malfunctioning key.

During my stay at Paradise in El Arenal, I enjoyed a splendid breakfast with a delightful selection of dishes. The clean, well-maintained pool area provided a pleasant retreat. Although the air conditioning in my room was less than ideal, it didn't overshadow my overall satisfying experience at this charming hotel.

The location was great, just a short stroll to the beach, though it was on quite a steep incline. Pool area was lovely, and the staff were so friendly! They were generous with the drinks, making evenings enjoyable.

The location allowed me to walk to the beach in just five minutes. The view from my top-floor room was stunning with a breathtaking sunrise and sunset each day. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly from Nieves and Daniel, making my stay even more enjoyable. The bar had a nice vibe and happy hour snacks added a lovely touch.

The wardrobe was slightly tricky to open, which was a bit frustrating.

This place suits me perfectly. Good wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a nice bar area. The staff once helped me find my lost ring, which I will always remember. I highly recommend enjoying the soft towels. I’m coming back for Easter!
